Tempest

Tempest was a digital alcohol recovery program that provided community-based support, educational content, and coaching to help individuals change their relationship with alcohol. In May 2022, Monument — a telemedicine platform offering clinician-led care for alcohol use disorder — acquired Tempest to create a comprehensive digital treatment offering. The services merged by August 2022, integrating Tempest's content library and support groups into Monument's platform, which now offers over 60 weekly moderated support groups, medication-assisted treatment, and virtual therapy to a combined audience of over 300,000 members.
