Hero Research was a Salesforce productivity application that offered a “Google Sheets-style” interface for pipeline management and CRM updates, providing sales teams with a personalized single-view with read-write access to Salesforce. Co-founded by Daniel Chen and Morgan Bender, the company focused on helping sales teams boost revenue by reducing time spent on Salesforce workflows. In May 2021, Hero Research was acquired by People.ai, a revenue operations and intelligence platform, to combine its sales productivity solution with People.ai's AI-driven insights — with customers reporting up to 25% increase in selling time.
