64x Bio (stylized as 64-X Bio) is a Brisbane, California-based biotechnology company focused on enabling next-generation advanced therapeutics by reengineering how they are manufactured. Its VectorSelect platform combines massively parallelized screens with computational insights to engineer high-yield cell lines and production technologies for gene therapies (AAV Apex Suite), cell therapies (lentivirus manufacturing), and biologics. In June 2025, the company launched AAV Apex Suite, a suite of high-yield cell lines and production technologies for AAV at scale, independently confirmed by leading biopharmas and CDMOs.
